Our physical factory mainly produces finished Roman blinds and fabrics. We’ve independently developed a batten production process, and currently, we’re the only ones doing this at a large-scale production. It has four major advantages. First, for any product on the market wider than three meters, you have to split it into several parts; it can’t be made as one piece. We solved this industry pain point — our products can be made to any width or height, with no size limits. Second, we use a no-starch shaping process. After folding and pressing, the fabric shows no black marks, solving the problem of original starched fabrics that would get black marks after folding. Third, our no-starch shaped fabric can be washed without deforming and can be reused, addressing the issue with starched fabrics that would get severely deformed after washing and couldn’t be used again. Fourth, we don’t use aluminum or metal pipes, so the products are half the weight, lighter and silkier, and last longer.
